Hello dear friends!

The adventure has begun! I’m currently in Sydney, sitting beside a long bearded, heavily tattooed man eating yoghurt. It’s warm, too. I’m considering the jumper may now be too much, but knowing me I’ll get on the plane and want it back so it’s staying!

Getting pretty sick of the constant airport announcements, but other than that everything’s going pretty great! I still don’t think it has quite sunk in that in a few short hours I will be in China, and not coming home any time soon. Will let you know how that goes :D

A few people are beginning to show up at the gate for my flight, I’m thinking of having a wee look-see at how much carry on luggage everyone is taking! Don’t want to be denied boarding :( Also starting to get a bit weary, so I’m hoping I will have a nice good sleep on the plane.

Anyways, I’ll let you know I’ve arrived safely when I can, and for now I shall leave you with a wee photo from coming into Sydney. Enjoy!
